HH88 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

By accessing, registering on or using any part of the hh88 platform – whether through the website, mobile browser or the Android application – you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. This agreement is legally binding between you (the player) and hh88.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using hh88 immediately and must not register an account. hh88 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version is always the one published on this page, with the Last Updated date shown at the top. Continuing to use hh88 after an update is published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

To register and use hh88 you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. hh88 does not permit any person under 18 to register an account, place bets, play casino games or participate in any other real-money activity on the platform.
• You must be registering and using the platform as an individual, acting on your own behalf. Corporate or collective accounts are not permitted.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, consultant or immediate family member of an employee of hh88 or any of its affiliated companies, technology providers or gaming content partners.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended or banned from hh88 for any reason, including voluntary self-exclusion.

hh88 reserves the right to request proof of age at any point. If a player cannot satisfactorily verify that they are 18 or older, their account will be suspended and any balance held pending review. Any winnings generated by an underage player will be voided and forfeited.

Every player on hh88 must have their own individual registered account. Sharing accounts between two or more people is strictly prohibited. Only one account per person is permitted – duplicate accounts will be merged or suspended and balances may be forfeited depending on the nature of the duplication.

When registering on hh88 you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your real name, a valid Pakistani mobile number and a secure password. Providing false information at registration – including using another person's identity, mobile number or payment method details – constitutes a serious breach of these terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your hh88 account login credentials. hh88 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication from your account settings. Any activity carried out through your account while your credentials are active is your responsibility. hh88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. All balances, bet amounts, winnings and bonus credits are denominated in PKR. The following payment methods are currently supported:

hh88 does not charge any transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any charges applied by your bank or mobile wallet provider are separate from hh88 and are outside our control.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. hh88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money-laundering requirement and is not specific to any individual player. Verified accounts experience fewer delays.

hh88 reserves the right to refuse or reverse a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering or any other breach of these Terms and Conditions. In such cases the player will be notified and given the opportunity to provide clarifying documentation.

All sports bets placed on hh88 are subject to the general betting rules published on the platform as well as any sport-specific rules applicable to the market in question. In the event of any inconsistency between a general rule and a sport-specific rule, the sport-specific rule takes precedence.

• Minimum bet: Rs 100 on all sports markets unless otherwise stated on the market itself.
• Maximum bet limits: Vary by tier, sport and market type. Standard account cricket match winner maximum is Rs 500,000. Limits at Silver, Gold and Platinum VIP tiers are higher as stated in the VIP Club section.
• Bet acceptance: A bet is only valid once hh88 has confirmed acceptance and issued a bet reference number. Bets shown as pending are not yet confirmed.
• Odds changes: hh88 offers odds at the time of bet placement. If odds change between you clicking to place a bet and the bet being confirmed, you will be shown the updated odds and asked to re-confirm. You are never silently moved to worse odds without notification.
• Void bets: hh88 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where a technical error caused incorrect odds to be displayed, where the event is cancelled or abandoned before the minimum result threshold is reached, or where there is clear evidence of match-fixing or corruption.
• Live betting: Live in-play bets are subject to a brief acceptance delay to prevent exploitation of data feed latency. During this window odds may update. hh88 will communicate any acceptance delay at the point of placing the bet.
• Accumulator bets: All legs of an accumulator must win for the bet to pay out. A single voided leg is treated as a non-runner and the accumulator continues with the remaining legs. A void in a two-leg accumulator converts it to a single bet.

Winnings from settled bets are credited to your hh88 balance automatically. There is no need to contact support to collect winnings from sports bets.

hh88 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All promotional offers are subject to these general Terms and Conditions as well as the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion on the Promotions page. In cases of conflict, the specific promotion terms apply.

Welcome Bonus: New players who register on hh88 and make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for a 100% match bonus up to Rs 10,000. The minimum qualifying deposit is Rs 500. The welcome bonus carries a 10x wagering requirement on the bonus amount before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited.

General Bonus Rules applicable to all hh88 promotions:

• Bonus funds are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash until wagering requirements are met.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled using real-money bets. Bets placed using bonus credit do not count towards VIP point accumulation.
• hh88 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time for any player found to be engaging in bonus abuse – including but not limited to placing low-risk, high-coverage bets specifically to meet wagering requirements without genuine betting intent.
• Only one bonus can be active per player at a time unless the specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Cashback promotions on hh88 carry zero wagering requirements unless explicitly stated in the promotion's specific terms. The 15% weekly cashback is paid on net losses from real-money bets only.
• The hh88 Accumulator Boost is applied automatically to qualifying multi-leg bets at the applicable percentage for the player's VIP tier. No manual opt-in is required.
• hh88 reserves the right to refuse, withhold or reclaim any bonus or promotional credit if a player's account is found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

The hh88 live casino and Teen Patti sections operate using certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems for non-dealer card games and verified professional dealer environments for live table games. All outcomes are independently audited for fairness.

hh88 takes the integrity of the platform and the fairness of the experience for all players very seriously. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and, where legally appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and dishonesty: Any attempt to deceive hh88 through false identity, fabricated payment documentation, chargeback fraud or any other dishonest method.

• Automated betting: Use of bots, scripts, automated software or any technical tool to place bets, access accounts or interact with the platform in a non-human way without prior written authorisation from hh88.
• Money laundering: Using hh88 as a vehicle for processing illegally obtained funds. hh88 operates strict anti-money-laundering (AML) procedures and reports suspicious transactions to appropriate regulatory bodies.
• Underage use: Attempting to register or use hh88 while under 18 years of age, or facilitating underage access by a third party.
• Exploiting technical errors: Knowingly exploiting a technical fault, software bug or system error to gain unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation are void and will be reclaimed.

hh88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its absolute discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• There is suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse or collusion.
• The player has failed to provide satisfactory identity verification documents when requested.
• The player has filed a chargeback or payment dispute against hh88 that is not resolved in the player's favour.
• hh88 is required to do so by law, court order or regulatory instruction.

Where an account is suspended for investigation purposes, hh88 will notify the account holder and provide an opportunity to respond. If the investigation clears the account, it will be reinstated and any restriction lifted. Where suspension leads to permanent closure due to confirmed policy breach, any remaining balance (net of bonus funds and void winnings) will be refunded to the player's registered payment method after deduction of any amounts owed to hh88.

Players may also close their own account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Any real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned via the player's most recently used withdrawal method, subject to standard KYC checks.

• Decisions made by the player in placing or not placing bets based on odds movements, statistics or any other data available on hh88.

hh88's total liability to any individual player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits hh88's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

hh88 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
